"I employed Bless in October and November 2015 to provide choreography services for my production of Guys & Dolls. Bless was polite, punctual, friendly and hard-working at all times. In fact, he went above and beyond his duties – he cared passionately about his work, and he would often work later than his scheduled hours in order to make the performance as good as possible. The quality of his choreography was outstanding, and he managed to get a near- professional performance from students, some of whom had little or no dance experience before."

"Having worked with Bless on many occasions, I am happy to verify that he is a hard- working, dedicated and talented professional. Our collaboration has ranged from residential musical theatre workshops to end-of- term dance workshops, Trinity exam preparation, audition masterclass sessions and intensive full-time dress and tech-rehearsals for imminent shows. Throughout all of these encounters, which span a period of more than 6 years, I have always found him to be an excellent communicator. He relates well to teenagers and adolescents and is a motivational teacher. He is also a good disciplinarian and expects and achieves the best from his students whilst keeping his lessons fun, engaging, inclusive and challenging. He will have no difficulty choreographing and preparing dance classes and shows as he has such a wide and varied repertoire that he is comfortably able to adapt. Bless is punctual, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work equally well as part of a team or autonomously. I have no hesitation in fully recommending him as an employee or autonomous worker."
